Inclusive Education

Setting goals together.

Each teacher prepares lessons which are designed to cater to all levels in the classroom. Students’ with individual Education plans (IEP's) work on a negotiated curriculum within the main classrooms as we value inclusion.

Goals are set to enable:

Students to have a strong sense of identity
Students to be connected with and contribute to their world
Students to have a strong sense of wellbeing
Students to be confident and involved learners
Students to be effective communicators.

Education Support Officers provide extra classroom support as required and many parents also assist within the classrooms providing valuable models of language and learning.
